Building a Digital Marketing Engine

Upon joining the team at Wahlburgers in mid-2019, it was immediately clear that priority number one was the digital transformation of the brand. In a matter of months, Dan and team built and deployed a digital marketing engine that now drives all the brand’s digital media, CRM, reputation management, and several in-store experiences. With this foundation in place, they launched the WahlClub loyalty program, online ordering, curbside pick-up, delivery, social listening, guest recovery software, an online marketing portal, programmatic advertising, and search engine optimization. Additionally, they leveraged augmented reality to build immersive and shareable experiences with the Wahlberg family (eg. selfies with Donnie) and a digital content management system to control real-time social media feeds and FaceTime video drop-ins from celebrity brothers.
